Welcome to the United Pentecostal Foundation website, missionpossibleupci.com, a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri to support the ministries, churches, causes, programs, educational institutions and publishing functions of the United Pentecostal Church International (the “Foundation”).  This site is designed to provide information to anyone interested or involved in supporting the mission, ministries, programs and works sponsored by or affiliated with the United Pentecostal Church.  When using this site, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein, which may be updated from time to time.  By using this site or other affiliated sites or by accessing any content found on the site, you, or the “user”, are deemed to have entered into an agreement with the Foundation to be bound by the Terms of Use set forth in this notice.

The Foundation may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other websites or resources.  Because the Foundation has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that the Foundation is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and is not liable or responsible for any content, materials or information available from such sites.

Your use of this site is strictly voluntarily.  By accessing this site, including any service or transaction provided by or through the Foundation’s website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.  While we will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information about the Foundation, including its purposes, activities, gift planning initiatives and programs, the information is presented “As Is” without any representations or warranties of any kind.  In particular, you are urged to consult your own tax advisor, accountant, financial planner, attorney or financial professional in determining the tax consequences of opening a Mission Possible account, depositing funds in such account or making a gift to a designated Mission Possible account established with the Foundation.

Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Foundation provides this site on the basis that the Foundation excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms which but for the Terms of Use might otherwise apply or have some effect relating to the use of the site.  We reserve the right to modify, improve or otherwise revise the site at any time without notice.  The Foundation is under no obligation to update the information provided in the site to reflect changes after the publication date of such information.

You may use the site solely for informational purposes and only in accordance with these Terms of Use.  Use of materials on this site is for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes, open a Mission Possible account or conduct or carry out activities in connection with the transactions conducted under such account.

The Foundation and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in and to the data, text, graphics and other materials on and/or generated by the site, including all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights therein.  In particular, the “United Pentecostal Church International, the United Pentecostal Foundation, LifeSprings and Mission Possible” are trademarks owned by the Foundation or UPCI.  You may view, download, print or distribute materials for your personal and non-commercial use only, provided you do not obscure or remove any copyright or other notices.  Users may not otherwise copy, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, transfer or sell in any form or by any means, any portion of the materials included on this site.

As a condition of your use of the site, you agree that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of this site.  You may not use the site in any manner which would cause damage, disable, overburden or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the site.

This site (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by the Foundation within the State of Missouri.  It can be accessed through the United States, as well as in other countries around the world.  By accessing this site, you and the Foundation agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Missouri will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site, without regard to its conflict of laws principles and, that any actions arising out of the use or access to this site shall only be brought in the courts of the State of Missouri.  The Foundation makes no representation that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in any other location.  Users who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

By requesting access to the site, you agree that any communications from the Foundation to you regarding the services and transactions initiated by or through the Foundation’s Mission Possible program may be delivered to you in electronic form and that such electronic communication (e-mail) shall be in lieu or written communication.  If you need to communicate with us immediately, please contact us at 877-873-8850 or 636-229-7974, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT (excluding normal holidays).  Email transmissions sent through general or public mail are not secure.  No sensitive personal information should be sent via any general or public email system.

Certain features of this site may require you to register personal information and obtain a user name and password from us.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, user name and account number.  You authorize us to make the Mission Possible account accessible to any program beneficiary which may be designated by you, the Foundation and/or any of its affiliated ministries or entities.

Any services provided under this site, including password and user name, remain in effect until terminated by you or the Foundation.  You may cancel your access at any time by notifying us in writing or calling us at 877-873-8850 or 636-229-7974.  Service will remain in effect until we have an opportunity to act on your notice.  For security purposes, if your access is not used for a period of 365 days, we may, in our discretion, deactivate your user name and password.

If the Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that any user is using the site or any portion thereof in a manner inconsistent with this agreement or in violation of applicable law, has interfered with the use of the site by others, or is violating the copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, the Foundation shall have the right to take appropriate action without prior notice to you, including without limitation, limiting, restricting, suspending and/or terminating your access to and use of the site or any portion thereof and seeking remedies to protect the Foundation’s site.

Your access and use of the site is not private or confidential. The Foundation reserves the right to monitor your access and use of the site.  Please review the terms of the Foundation’s privacy policy at www.missionpossibleupci.com which are incorporated herein by reference.

The Foundation reserves the right to review your access and interaction with the site in order to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.  While the Foundation endeavors to ensure that this site is available at all times, the Foundation shall not be liable if, for any reason, this site is unavailable at any time or for any period.  The Foundation retains the right to review, edit, or delete from this site any submission which the Foundation in its sole discretion considers illegal, offensive, contrary to the purposes, mission and objectives of the Mission Possible program or is otherwise inappropriate.

The Foundation owns exclusively all rights, title and interest in and to the site, including all materials contained on the site, trademarks, the look, feel, designs and organization of the site but excluding any materials, designs or software which we are licensed or authorized to use.  The Foundation holds copyrights in the site as a collective work and/or compilation, the organization and design of the site.

In no event will the Foundation, any of its affiliated organizations or entities, or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives (collectively, the “Foundation Parties”) be liable to you or other persons for any claim, suit, action, demand, controversy, dispute, liability, loss, expense, costs and/or damage that may result from any period of service interruption or down time suffered by the site or other event caused by a third party.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE FOUNDATION PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY CLAIM, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM AND EVEN IF A FOUNDATION PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIM, FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGE.
