You may cancel your access at any time by notifying us in writing or calling us at 877-873-8850 or 636-229-7974. Service will remain in effect until we have an opportunity to act on your notice. For security purposes, if your access is not used for a period of 365 days, we may, in our discretion, deactivate your user name and password.
If the Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that any user is using the site or any portion thereof in a manner inconsistent with this agreement or in violation of applicable law, has interfered with the use of the site by others, or is violating the copyright or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, the Foundation shall have the right to take appropriate action without prior notice to you, including without limitation, limiting, restricting, suspending and/or terminating your access to and use of the site or any portion thereof and seeking remedies to protect the Foundation’s site.
