Rylee Vanderford for Apostolic Youth Corps

My name is Rylee Vanderford and I have been given an amazing opportunity to be part of an Apostolic Youth Corps mission trip to Madagascar this summer. I am currently 16 years old and finishing up my junior year. For several years I have wanted to be apart of a missions trip to Africa. God has given me that chance to travel to East Africa to the island country of Madagascar. This will be an incredible opportunity to be a part of what God is doing under the leadership of the local missionaries, the Richardsons.

Madagascar has a population of 28.92 million. Luke 10:2 states “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” I have been given this incredible opportunity to be a worker in the harvest field on this missions with the youth division of the UPCI. Over the next 2 months I am working and doing fundraisers to help me raise my goal of $4750.00.
